In-depth study of Breath and Pranayama Looking into the subtleties and power of various pranayama and breathing techniques, exploring ways to practice and teach them safely. Introduction to Chakras, Chanting, Kundalini, Kriya, Bandhas and Mudras Developing awareness of and gaining an insight into the energy body, that good stuff which makes yoga different from physical exercise. Meditation and Visualisation Exploring different approaches to allow your mind to rest! Self Practice Deepening your self-practice, taking yoga off the mat and finding out things of interest to you.
