Tuesdays are yoga flow - building on your strength & flexibility the yoga-way...
sometimes fast, sometimes slow, but always energising!
Friday yoga is relaxing and therapeutic, allowing you time to delve deeper into the asana & breath,
and once a month is an invigorating kundalini-based session - not to be missed!
